I am in my fifth year of the Accelerated Master of Science in Athletic Training Program. I chose UC's MS AT Program becausen track to enter the 3+2 program. I also loved being in Cincinnati and didn't want to leave! The professors and relationships I have built at UC made it clear to me not to I was already o even consider searching for another program.

REHABCATS stands for Recognizing, Evaluating, and Healing for Athletic Benefit by Cincinnati Athletic Training Students. The mission of REHABCATS is to advance the interests of members by providing means for education, the exchange of ideas within the profession of athletic training, and encouraging members to establish good contacts while enhancing the quality of health care for the University of Cincinnati’s athletes through:

  • prevention
  • evaluation
  • management
  • rehabilitation of injuries

Program Outcomes 

Clinical Practice Courses

Graduates of the Masters of Science Athletic Training program complete 6 Clinical Practice Courses (Clinical Experiences), one each semester in the program. The last 2 semesters (fall and spring) are fully immersive which allows the student a full-time, immersive, and integrated experience. Students averaged approximately 1800 hours of hands-on clinical experience over their 2 years in the program
